A session-by-session analysis of group-level emotional trends (e.g., anxiety, excitement, or confusion). Designed as an "Early Warning System" to identify group-level renege risks during the pre-onboarding phase.
A diagnostic analysis of the "Expectation Gap." This report identifies discrepancies between candidate perceptions of a role/sector and the operational reality, used to inform future recruitment marketing and budget allocation.
A data visualisation tool categorising candidates based on their self-reported "Certainty" and "Anxiety" levels. This is used to identify specific "Retention Risks" within an apprentice or graduate intake.
